John brings robust experience in M&A and corporate development, with a strong focus on the HealthTech and Biotech sectors. He spent five years at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he supported a range of strategic M&A initiatives across retail and specialty pharmaceuticals. Previously, he worked in healthcare-focused investment banking at CRI Capital Advisors, advising on M&A and capital raises for biotech companies. He began his career in business development at Amerimmune, an innovative biotech company specializing in diagnostic immunology. John holds an MBA with a concentration in finance and private investment from SDA Bocconi in Milan.
