Martina obtained a Bsc in Econonics & Finance from Bocconi University and Master in Management (Grande École Program) from ESCP Business School, with focus on Investment Banking and Corporate Finance.

She gained hands on experience in the M&A field thanks to her previous experiences at Intesa Sanpaolo SpA in the Corporate and Investment Banking division as well as in two German Corporate Finance advisors, namely Carlsquare GmbH and Argonas Corporate Finance.
