Chief Technology Officer – Cybersecurity

Company overview:

Drivesec is an innovative startup based in Turin that is developing an innovative security platform to test and validate security features of IoT devices.
Drivesec has been founded with the aim to improve, with turnkeys solutions, the security of Data, Communications and Systems. Solutions are designed for all kind of systems including IoT (internet of things) devices.

Role description:

We are looking for passionate, determined and proactive engineers to fill Drivesec’s needs in the CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER. In this position, you will be responsible of the definition and development of security software for embedded devices.

In particular, you will be responsible to:

  • Coordinate and grow the tech team (internal and external)
  • Define technical solutions and strategies
  • Coordinate and manage R&D activities and budget
  • Deliver customers’ projects
  • Design, develop and launch Drivesec’s secure remotization platform
  • Analyze potential opportunities to patent Drivesec Solutions
  • Manage the operations of the platform

CTO will work in strick coordination with the company’s CEO (reporting directly to him), responsible of Business Development and responsible of sales.
The team needs to grow in size and skills.
Opportunity to grow inside the company and be the coordinator of a team focused on building performing products for industrial technologies with passion and smoothly.
Our team is made of professionals with backgrounds as researchers, senior analysts and project managers that decided to gather and to exploit the opportunities of this market.

Mandatory skills:

  • Project management and technical leadership;
  • R&D management and financing;
  • SW platform design;
  • Agile methodologies;
  • Experience in SW engineering domain;
  • Automotive protocols and standards (e.g. CAN, J1939, UDS, XCP)
  • SW design methodologies, requirements management tools.

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledge of C/C++ programming languages;
  • Knowledge of Secure architectures based on Secure Elements;
  • Experience on the management of digital certificate and cryptographic material ;
  • Security devices (secure element), protocol, algorithms and tools;
  • Secure programming.

Key Account Manager / Country Manager Italy


We’re a Berlin-based medtech startup dedicated to building AI-powered software that supports radiologists with their daily work: Analyzing medical images. Our first apps for identifying Alzheimer’s and multiple sclerosis from MRI scans are already on the market and quickly gaining traction. To help us grow our customer base, we’re looking for you to join our team of AI and radiology enthusiasts!


  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our AI-based software portfolio in radiology and convert them into paying customers incl. negotiation of terms and conditions
  • Develop an intimate understanding of the key needs of our customers and help them to grow their business by means of our software solutions
  • Develop tangible action plans for the most important accounts and disciplined execution against it
  • Ensure a continuous feedback loop from our customers into product development to ensure we meet our customers’ requirements
  • Effective collaboration with internal departments – in particular customer support – to facilitate instant fulfilment of client need
  • Collecting and analysing data incl. competitive intelligence to learn more about market trends & consumer behaviour


  • You have a natural affinity to technology, see the benefits that in particular AI-based solutions can bring to health care and want to make a difference
  • You have a medical, science, engineering or business degree and have worked in sales and/or key account management roles for at least 3-5 years
  • You’re committed to excellent customer service
  • Your excellent written & verbal communication skills as well as superb interpersonal skills allow you to connect fast to different types of customers and build a trusted working relationship
  • You’re highly adaptable and possess strong problem solving skills
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • You are able to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data and use it effectively for targeting and segmentation of your customers
  • You’re fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • You are a versed user of standard software like MS Office and are able to use state of the art communication tools to effectively connect with your customer also remotely
  • You get bonus points if you have one or more of the following:

Bonus Points:

  • You have a network of radiologists/ potential customers in Italy (Big plus!)
  • Experience in selling MRI-equipment
  • Experience in selling radiology IT systems (PACS, RIS, DICOM …)
  • Experience in collaborating with engineering or data science teams
  • Leadership experience and the potential to grow into sales management functions relatively fast
